Welcome to Smaart Kidz! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

1. Webinars and Courses

1.1. Memory & Mindset Mastery Webinar:

  •  Duration: 2 hours

  • Target Audience: Children and teens aged 11 – 18 struggling with Focus, Goals, Motivation, Self-Discipline, Time-management, and memory skills.

  • Price: Rs. 999/-

  • No refund available for webinar purchases.

  • Webinars are live and not recorded.

  • Missed webinars can be rescheduled for a later available date.
     

1.2. BoardLaunchPad Webinar:

  • Duration: 2 hours

  • Target Audience: Students transitioning from class 9th to class 10th, aiming to succeed in the crucial board exam.

  • Price: Rs. 999/-

  • No refund available for webinar purchases.

  • Webinars are live and not recorded.

  • Missed webinars can be rescheduled for a later available date.

1.3. SmartChild Program:

  • Duration: 30 days

  • Target Audience: Children and teens aged 11 – 18 struggling with Focus, Goals, Motivation, Self-Discipline, Time-management, and memory skills.

  • Price: Rs. 55,000/-

  • Designed in modules with module-wise payment options.

  • Module admission is contingent upon payment before commencement.

  • Refund Policy:

    1. If student drops out within 3 days, refund is issued minus GST or any other applicable charges.

    2. No refund for modules dropped after initial 3 days.

    3. Refund for modules not yet started is issued minus GST or any other applicable charges.

  • Duration: 15 days

  • Target Audience: Students transitioning from class 9th to class 10th, aiming to succeed in the crucial board exam.

  • Price: Rs. 30,000/-

  • Designed in modules with module-wise payment options.

  • Module admission is contingent upon payment before commencement.

  • Refund Policy:

    1. If student drops out within 3 days, refund is issued minus GST or any other applicable charges.

    2. No refund for modules dropped after initial 3 days.

    3. Refund for modules not yet started is issued minus GST or any other applicable charges.

2. Discounts and Offers

  • Discounts may be offered to selected candidates at the discretion of SmaartKidz Education.

  • Discounts are not guaranteed and are subject to criteria determined by SmaartKidz Education.

  • Criteria for discounts are not disclosed to the public.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio/video clips, is the property of SmaartKidz Education or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmaartKidz Education shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
